Nicole Clark- Public Relations
Nicole Clark is a lifelong resident of Pleasanton, Texas. She is
currently attending Texas A&M University at Kingsville, seeking a bachelor’s
degree in speech pathology, along with a minor degree in psychology. Coming from
a close-knit family of two siblings and very traditional parents, Nicole has
learned to value the experience and taste of a good home cooked meal. Every
Sunday, the family would enjoy her father’s home-style barbeque. The young
student aspires to one day have a business of her own where she can help counsel
people and make a difference in their lives. Meanwhile, Nicole is passionate
about sharing her love of food and family traditions as a pastime.

Samantha Jasso- Research and Data
Samantha Jasso is a full-time student at the University of University of Texas A&M Kingsville. She is also part-time waitress at Pizza Hut and a cook at H-E-B. Before she began her journey at Texas A&M Kingsville, she attended South Texas College. Shortly after attaining her Associates Degree in Psychology, she moved to Kingsville to pursue a degree in Communication Sciences Disorders. Samantha is passionate about cooking comfort food and cherishes the happiness that comes with the satisfaction of serving others her delicious meals. Samantha recently came together with a group of students that share a passion for cooking tocreate a website that has their own home style inspired recipes and personal favorites. Some of her personal favorites are her home-made boneless chicken recipe and Mexican

Emely Molina- Graphic Designer
Emely Molina currently attends Texas A&M University Kingsvilee, where she strives to pursue her career in Communication Science Disorders. After completing her degree, Emely aspires to some day open her own office as a Speech Pathologist. In her spare time, Ms. Molina enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and friends. Emely decribes herself as an "All-American" country girl just having fun. She takes pleasure in having small vacations, such as dining with her friends, shopping, and going to the spa after a long day of school and work.
CLaudia Martinez- Editor
Claudia Martinez currently attends Texas A&M University Kingsville to earn her degree in Petroleum Engineering. She works at Kingsville Public Housing Authority as an office runner between her school hours, but on her free time she relaxes by cooking, playing music or painting. Claudia was born in 1990, in San Antonio,Texas, to a Mexican family heritage. After Claudia's birth, the family moved to Kilgore, Texas where her parents raised her and three other siblings. She firmly values strengthening the bond among family members and trusts that one of the ways to enrich this kinship is cooking and eating together. The 22-year-old student acquired her skills in cooking at a young age. As a child, her mother taught her how to cook authentic Mexican cuisine. Her family owned a catering business called "Mi Casa Catering", where she learned the delights of serving the modern, busy, and bustling community some home-cooked meals.
